This page provides you with practical information about our practice. It includes descriptions of our office location, including a map and directions, hours, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing policies.

Please note that the office hours below refers to business hours when there is usually someone in the office to take care of various administrative, patient care related correspondence, laboratory support, and office maintenance duties. Direct patient care is usually by appointments because of the nature of what we do and the need to coordinate laboratory support and other specialists we work with.

Appointments
Please contact us directly by phone to make inquiries and appointments. We like to speak to an actual person on the phone ourselves. This is also the most efficient manner to make the appointment or inquiries, so that we may understand your specific needs and schedule the appropriate time block that can work best for the type of work and lab support needed, as well as the anticipated follow-up. It also allows us to clarify if we need more information like antibiotic pre-medications, medical clearance, translation or family members to be present.

Dental insurance/Payment options
We currently do not accept third party payment from dental insurances, but would be happy to file routine claims to your carrier so that they may reimburse you (or the covered member) the amount that your plan determines as allowable. We accept personal and business checks (Telecheck Service on-site), Visa, Mastercard, Discover cards as either credit or debit cards. In addition, for those patients with approved credit from Care Credit (a third party health care financing institution) for the amounts involved, your may find that as another useful option to invest in your long term oral health.

Facilities and Equipment
The 'tools of the trade' run the gamut from cutting age to historical; because there will always be situations when current system cannot support the needs of patients who have implant lines needing parts the latest and greatest cannot engage. We employ digital radiographs (Direct Sensors/Schick© system) and have clinical and research experience with high technology devices in those select cases (like spark erosion/Electric Discharge machining). At the other end of the spectrum, we have an in-house laboratory for routine prosthodontic work for simple single crown that needs custom shade matching and staining; to fabricating system specific radiographic guides for cone-beam volumetric scans to prescribe Computer-Aided Design implant surgical guides. Our concern for safety includes simple noise reduction ear-muffs in the laboratory, to the Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (Phillips), dedicated water supplies to the dental unit, and independent, unbiased sterilization monitoring system. One of the 'low tech' tools is our extensive current and historical implant catalog and library to facilitate identification and component sourcing for heritage product lines.
